Every print is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We take great care in handling your artwork from studio to doorstep.
Processing Time
Each print is made to order. Please allow 7-14 business days for production before shipping.
This includes printing on premium Hahnemuhle paper, quality inspection, hand-signing, numbering, and preparing your Certificate of Authenticity.
Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide from Singapore. Delivery times vary by destination:
- Singapore: 2-4 business days
- Asia Pacific: 5-10 business days
- Europe & Americas: 10-20 business days
- Rest of World: 14-25 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or local conditions.
Packaging & Handling
Your print is protected with:
- Acid-free tissue paper wrapping
- Rigid cardboard backing
- Protective sleeve or tube (depending on size)
- Sturdy outer packaging marked "Handle with Care"
Your Certificate of Authenticity documenting provenance and conservation impact is included with every order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We use tracked shipping services to ensure safe delivery.
Please note: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.
