Phytography Studio offers limited edition fine art prints of wildlife and nature photography. Our products include:

• Fine art prints on premium Hahnemuhle paper
• Hand-signed and numbered limited edition prints
• Certificate of Authenticity with each print
• Conservation contribution documentation

We also offer corporate partnerships, commissioned work, and ESG reporting support for organizations. Please contact us for custom inquiries.

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products subject to these terms. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
• Payment is required in full at the time of purchase
• We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout
• You must provide accurate billing and shipping information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock limitations. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

Our prints are produced as limited editions. Each print is:

• Individually numbered within its edition size
• Hand-signed by the artist
• Accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity
• Made to order specifically for you

The Certificate of Authenticity documents the print's provenance, edition number, and associated conservation contribution. This certificate should be kept with the artwork for future reference and potential resale.

All photographs, images, text, logos, and other content on this website are the intellectual property of Phytography Studio and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

When you purchase a print:

• You acquire ownership of the physical print
• You do not acquire copyright or reproduction rights to the image
• You may display the print for personal, non-commercial purposes
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use the image for commercial purposes without written permission

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our images is strictly prohibited. For licensing inquiries, please contact us.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply to international orders.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our prints, we do not accept returns for change of mind. For damaged or defective items, please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy.

We make every effort to display our photographs accurately on our website. However, colors may appear differently on various screens and monitors due to differences in display settings, calibration, and technology.

The final printed product may vary slightly from what you see on screen. This is inherent to the nature of digital displays versus physical prints and is not considered a defect.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phytography Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Phytography Studio from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of our products or services.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
